GeoIP: Get the location of an IP address using ipinfo.io

This class can Get the location of an IP address using ipinfo.io.

It can send an HTTP request to the ipinfo.io API Web server to retrieve the geographic location details of a given IP address or the address of the current request user.

The class parses the results and returns an object with the original IP address, the associated host name, the latitude and longitude coordinates, the origanization to which the IP address belongs, the city, region, country, and phone area code.
